We currently use UPS to ship our packages.
No. Our shipping service, UPS, will not ship to PO Box addresses and therefore, we cannot ship to a PO Box.
You may send the files in the following types: pdf, jpg, jpeg, psd, tif, tiff, eps, ai, and png. We prefer that you send .JPG or .PDF files. These files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around. Remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before uploading.
Turnaround times for printing only and do not include shipping time. If your product needs to be shipped to your location, please allow time for that. Printing and shipping together normally is 3-5 business days turn around. Orders placed and approved for printing by 1230pm (CDT) will print that day for the first production day, please refer to (Turnaround time) on each product page. For instance, if an order has a turnaround time of 4 business days and the order is received by 1230pm Monday morning and approved to print by 1230pm on Monday, the file will print by Wednesday and will ship out the following day, Thursday.
For issues on completed printed jobs please send attach photo/scan of the actual print job and describe the issue in details so we can investigate the issue and resolve the matter to correct the reprint. Problems with printed jobs cannot be resolved over phone. Submit your photo to our contact page with reference invoice or job order number to revolve issue. We offer 100% guarantee reprint free of charge if our quality doesn’t meet expectation. Our reprint 100% guarantee is valid within 30 days from the date of the order.

No, our policy is required that full payment is required before starting the production on any order.

Yes you can depending on the quantity and sets, to get a package deal estimate you can go to contact us page. Fill out your request and we will contact you for a package estimate.
When choosing the product you want to order, on option 2 under design option, you can change "I'll provide artwork" to "Yes, I need design service" this will update the price with the additional cost of the design service. Once the order has been confirmed we will contact you to collect information to setup design process and email you proofs until you approve the artwork before sending to print production.
If you have your file ready to print please make sure your format is one of these files GIF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, AI, EPS, PDF. Choose your product > Choose your combination and upload your artwork and check out.
For manual transaction done through email invoicing there will be time delay for manually putting your order, we check emailed orders twice a day, soon as we get to it we will reply with email invoice to place order. We have setup for our customers to order online through the online website to have the ability to place orders anytime, from anywhere. Our system is up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By ordering online, you will have the peace of mind during your orders process and know that your order will safely arrive at your doorstep. Due to our production setup and work load, all jobs and orders must be properly process through online website or by email. If you don't want to order online or by email, Neil offers marketing consultation for business projects in person.
If you have existing design and you like to order printing but need the design edit, place your order with uploading your design and in comment box on checkout page please describe the changes you would like to the design. Once we have your order confirmed we will preview your design to make edit changes. If edit changes require time to change additional cost starting at 15.00, may vary.
We have a graphic design service page under graphic design page where you can order just design service by choosing the type of design you want. Fill out your details and attach any necessary files. Design proofs takes 1-3 business days, unlimited revisions and copy of the approve files sent via email to you.
We offer design services along with printing option. In all of our products pages we have under option 2 when choosing your combination the option of design services. Choose "I'll provide my own artwork" and change it to "Yes, I need design service" You will see the additional fee for the graphic design service per product.
